During my years with the Governor, I served as his general counsel on all matters coming before him.† Additionally, my responsibilities included, among others, developing the Governorís legislative initiative, working with the General Assembly on legislation† and overseeing the administrative departments of Ohio state government as these state agencies performed the duties prescribed by the Ohio Revised Code. I also served as Chairman of the Ohio Public Facilities Commission by designation of the Governor.
